5.2 Account and Data Deletion (Google Play Compliance):

In strict compliance with global privacy regulations and Google Play Developer Policies, users retain the absolute right to request the deletion of their accounts and associated personal data at any time. Upon a verified request for account deletion:

To optimize operational functionality, system stability, and performance diagnostics, the application integrates specialized Software Development Kits (SDKs) and third-party API services. These integrated services may include:

All third-party service providers and sub-processors operating under our framework are contractually required to comply with industry-standard data security benchmarks and data protection parameters.

ContentJournal (localized as KontenJualin) operates as a global cloud-based application. Consequently, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your collected data, user inputs, and generated content history may be transferred to, stored in, or processed on secure cloud servers located outside the sovereign territory of the Republic of Indonesia. In the event of such cross-border data transmissions, the Company implements rigorous technical safeguards and organizational measures to ensure that your information receives a level of protection equivalent to international data privacy standards and applicable global regulations.

All financial transactions, one-time plan upgrades, and monthly or annual Pro Premium subscriptions, as well as digital billing operations, are processed exclusively through the official Google Play Billing system. PT GIP Creative Studio does not collect, capture, view, or retain any personal payment credentials, bank account numbers, or credit card details. All financial records and payment workflows are managed entirely and securely by Google Play. Consequently, any billing inquiries, transaction disputes, or refund requests are fully subject to Google Play’s official Refund Policy and terms of service.

In accordance with applicable data protection frameworks, users retain comprehensive rights over their information, including:

• The Right to Access: You may request a summary of your personal data currently stored within our infrastructure.
• The Right to Rectification: You maintain the right to correct, update, or modify inaccurate profile details at any time.

Upon execution of this request:

• All stored parameters, including content generation histories, business profile metrics, and system access rights, will be permanently purged or irreversibly anonymized within a strict maximum period of thirty (30) days.
• Deleted accounts, active subscriptions, and creation logs cannot be restored under any circumstances. No refunds or partial credits will be issued for any remaining One-Time Purchase or Pro Premium services after account deletion.

The Company reserves the right to modify, revise, or update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect software updates, infrastructure changes, or shifting legal mandates.
